By using Bites & Sparks ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bites & Sparks. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and not to impersonate others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
• Use the App for commercial purposes or spam.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization.
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, date offers, messages). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Matches & Meetings

Bites & Sparks facilitates introductions through date offers. We are not responsible for the conduct of users during in-person meetings. Always exercise personal safety and meet in public places.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, the accuracy of user profiles, or uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bites & Sparks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
